Flower Share 2013

Flowers make you happy! According to behavioral research conducted at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, flowers are a great mood moderator:

  1. Flowers have an immediate impact on happiness. All study participants expressed “true” or “excited” smiles upon receiving flowers, demonstrating extraordinary delight and gratitude. This reaction was universal, occurring in all age groups.
  2. Flowers have a long-term positive effect on moods. Specifically, study participants reported feeling less depressed, anxious and agitated after receiving flowers, and demonstrated a higher sense of enjoyment and life satisfaction.
  3. Flowers make intimate connections. The presence of flowers led to increased contact with family and friends.

I love bringing these benefits to all of you through my flower share. Although it’s sad to see the end of this beautiful weather in Wisconsin, I’m already looking forward to 2013 and I want to get you involved.

I’m preparing for next year’s flower share by planting more fabulous bulbs, like casa blanca lilies and stargazer lilies. To help me plan better, I’d like to get an early head count for next year. To entice you, I’m offering a 20% discount for anyone that commits to next year’s share before November 1st.  I’ll be offering both the weekly flower share and the every-other-week flower share for summer 2013, and delivery is available.

Email me soon and reserve your spot for next year’s share. If you have special requests for next year’s bouquets just let me know on your email and I can work it into my Fall planting.
